Help with Oofing Ideas

Hello, fellow gimkitters, and welcome to another of my help posts.

Okay, this time I need two things:

  1. Knowledge that this is somewhat appropriate for the 6 and 7-year-olds on Creative

  2. Ideas for dangerous things to do that would, if not for the circumstances of this game, surely release you from this mortal coil

For question 1:

In this game, you were granted immortality and have set out to do dangerous things (with a funny air, not very serious) that would normally, well, oof ya
I’m going to put a warning not to do any of the things pictured in the game at the start, so kids don’t stare at brainrot until they explode or something
So, is this appropriate enough to be published?

For question 2:

Pretty self-explanatory. If it’s decided that I can publish this, I need some funny ways to “oof.” If it’s kinda hard to recreate, it would be nice to have some guidelines on that. I’m also going to be adding some K.O. messages, so you can add those into your reply, too.

Thanks!

Have you checked the Community Rules for Publishing with Gimkit Creative?
It could help you check what to add and not to add.

My ideas, go to mount Everest to get treasure, in the path you can freeze to :skull: or be eliminated by a yeti. (The longer you last there the slower you move) K.O message could be like “___ turned into a popsicle” or “____ turned into a quick snack for the yeti”

I’ve gone through all of those. This could possibly fit under “Dangerous Content,” but I’m still not sure. If it’s done jokingly and with a warning, it miiiight be okay? Yep, still confuzzled lol

Do you mean like Notification ideas? Or ways to oof themselves?

(Bro I js realized we’re all regs)

I’ve seen games worse than this lol.

Ways to oof themselves, plus the validation that this is an appropriate game, plus special notification ideas. Jhan’s is practically perfect (Mary Poppins reference intended), so that’s a good guideline for what I want.

(All regulars is crazy)

Is this an open world game?

It can be appropriate depending on the ways you would oof them. If its like brutal and gory then no. There are some ways it can be appropriate

Well, as long as it’s non-violent and goofy, it should be fine. As for some creative ideas, I gotchu

  • Stick a fork into a OWER outlet and said unlimited powah!!!
  • stared at the ceiling and a spider bit them
  • Clicked that shiny red button in the kitchen that said WARNING: OOFS
  • Touched the cube of de@th
(I broke the regular chain no)

Yep, top-down open world.

Gaming-Phoenix, no gore. I hate horror (with some exceptions) and gore and brutality so I definitely would never make anything like that, and honestly, who would in Gimkit like it’s a study game for 10-year-olds :sob:

You could, idk,

jump off a cliff (skydiving)

eat a week-old cake

adopt a strange bug

try to be spider-man

accidentally step on to a conveyor belt (at a meat shop)

pretend to be santa (fall down a chimney)

try to ride on-top of a train

accept a piece of candy from a stranger

drink water from a odd-looking pond

enter a building that says “do not enter bro”

What if, a timer tracks your time on the game, after achieving 30 mins (or a hour) respawn them with a message saying… do something productive/do your work.
