Help with looking around the map with a mouse

When I was playing my creative and turned on the map option to look around with a mouse, why is it not working? (Btw im using trackpad)

I don’t have the season ticket yet -_- but

I know I started the game but it didn’t work, like do u have to click down or just move the mouse

1. Map options
2. All options
3. Scroll down to bottom
4. Turn look around with mouse to yes
5. Start the game
6. Drag your cursor around the screen (you don’t need to hold down)

It should look like this:

I don’t have the season ticket I think it is because I am on mobile and the trackpad don’t work with it

screen record the issue, then go to a site like CloudConvert to convert it to a .gif file.

Just get on a computer and it should work :)
