Make a repeater and set the stop for when it receives channel leave blank the connect to counter and say when task done->decrease counter start counter at ten or whatever value you want then on the counter set a target value of zero and when reached it does whatever you want it to do.

True you could use triggers gimme a sec

You can make a trigger that has a delay of whatever time you want then make it so that when triggers it decreases your counter and when it is decreased it triggers your trigger again then create a target value that when reaches it does whatever you want it to do!
