HELP! - Thumbnail not uploading properly!

I’m uploading a thumbnail to publish a game, and it’s giving me an error. hlp please

Check your image format. It might not be compatible, is your TB ^[1] a JPEG?

make sure its not JPEG.

toss it in an image converter if it is.

I’m 90% sure if you just go ahead and publish the game, the image will show up since it appeared in the box. Gimkit is kinda weird like that
