I would like some help trying to make quicksand, where the longer you stay in it, the more damage you take. I think maybe stepping over triggers might work, but I wanted your ideas

use the poison fog guide , or like you said, when player steps on triggers, they get delt damages, that or you could use inviable lasars than deal slow damage.
