Please don’t make a topic requesting a specific user, just ping them on a different post, the one were you discussed doing a wiki. And yes, it is off-topic.

He’s not, and any regular can make a wiki, you can ask any of them @ShinyRiolu, like @Haiasi for example.

Yeah, it would be in a section called chat at the top right of yoru screen, but its turned off, and so is messaging.
