Currently, there is no way to add music to a Gimkit Creative game. But in the future, it may be possible.

you can vote on it here if you want the sound device, but it doesn’t seem like that’s going to happen, because the damage modifier has way more votes.What should our next device be? - #95 by Apoll02

I don’t know if this is what you meant, but as of now you can add preset music tracks through the settings menu
