the same issue happens to me. the prop doesnt respawn

just use 2 triggers with a delay of 0.1
Prop Destroyed → Trigger (1st)
Triggered (1st) → Deactivate Prop
Triggered (1st) → Trigger (2nd)
Triggered (2nd) → Activate Prop
