Been there, Done that and I spent like a slam dunk of 2 hours trying to find a simple game idea
I guess just do that, a tower defense game where you defend your base from other players.
They need game ideas, they have no clue on what to make.

Okay well, I am here to find out something for you that you can help me with, maybe a dungeon or a Tower defense game like you said
A simple DLD map with a difficulty chart
or if you want to do a dungeon then you can make a dungeon where your trapped inside and have to figure out a way out to freedom
with a twist of that the person who captured you was ur friend or something like that
