Exposed boardwalk bug (done topic closing)

If you make the map exposed boardwalk and tried to place exposed boardwalk it’ll be invisible like you can’t see where it is:

Is this that you have the whole map set as exposed boardwalk, or you placed it as terrain?

yeah, because the map is exposed boardwalk. it should just be disguised in there

Of course you can’t see the terrain you set down if the whole map is set to that same terrain. You can make the exposed boardwalk a wall or just use a different terrain.

Maybe your layers are mixed up? Or if it’s not showing up in game, are you spawning in a different location then where you edited?

If you made it a wall, you might not be able to see it, but you still can’t walk out of it. Maybe just try using a different terrain for the wall?

the exposed boardwalk that you put is just blending in with the background terrain (or whatever it’s called, i just haven’t touched a top-down map in a long time). you should still be able to ram into the wall

You can use boardwalk, and it will look like this:
