Use the emojis in the text device
U can also use barriers with invisible buttons that let you open them. U don’t need a teleporter for this, just a barrier for the open door and one for the closed one.

If you want things that look like a door the spacesuit empty prop looks like a door for some reason…
But if you want a downward stair thing like the image you showed you could make it with barrier art or the custom shapes device.
