Does anyone know how to add an overlay on the screen that shows the amount of time left before an event?

I am trying to make a game where there are rounds and there are also time in between the rounds where you are at the lobby. I want to make a Game Overlay that has the seconds before the next round starts. How could I do this? If you are confused on what I need help on or need more information, feel free to ask!

One extra thing that I could use help with

Also, does anyone know how to take screen shots on a laptop, crop it, and post them in the topic on the forums? I was going to post a pic of what I was looking for in this topic but I’m to dumb to figure out how to do it. Thanks!

For a Chromebook: Ctrl + Shift + Show(The square with two lines)
Mac: Command + Shift + 5 or 3 or 4

Click the Windows key, search Snipping Tool and snip the image and save it.
