Device Spamming Bug

I put a item spawner down when my screen still said “Adding Item Spawner”, i thought my game crashed but it was going okay, but whenever i clicked anywhere item spawners get placed. I was going to record this bug but when i started recording the bug ended.

Then how will i save my map? If i don’t save my map and leave, some progress will be lost.

Well, it won’t show any of the HUDs.
