i can change the color of emojis though, the tint, is it possible with this one?

you can’t change emoji colors with tint, from my knowledge
yeah, they definitely painted it. Just need to fill the space with barriers and text.

No you cannot change the colour of emojis but this symbol that I posted was a Unicode character so you were able to change the colour

yeah you just use a square barrier. And then add lines, shading, etc,
