I am currently working on a team v team capture the flag map, and I am trying to make the bases actually look somewhat nice. However, that is what I am bad at in gimkit(I am terrible at decorating anything in my maps)
So I decided… what better thing to do than to ask the people in the forums for help. Currently I just have the basic foundation for the teams’ bases, which I will show now:
Well, in that case, I suggest adding things like alien plants, and little grass pockets everywhere. Add some bushes/trees and make sure to darkly tint them. Lastly, look up a guide on how to make vines and add them to some of your trees!
I will probably halt working on this map until I can get the season ticket again, so don’t worry about replying to this until at least tomorrow, that way I can actually use whatever props and devices I need for this.
Since we’re doing a jungle/Abandoned CIty theme. Plants are a must have, Trees, shrubs, That one prop that’s a potted fern. I also recommend the groundbreaking plants for area’s with stone or concrete floors. Like wise I think moss/lichen would look great! Although I’m not sure how exactly you’d make that, maybe the hay pile Prop but tinted to be green?
You could also use custom shapes and make vines or small wildlife like birds.
