Is it possible to IP ban someone so that this stops happening?

I believe if Jeffo IP bans someone, they cannot access anything with the same IP address- Bear was IP banned so if you message them it’s possible.

Why has this flame war been going on for over a month.
Why are people still replying.
The answer is soooooo simple.
Just, stop.
I do not care who posts or what they say.
They can do whatever they want.
They can post something inappropriate.
They can cuss.
They can say they hate people of certain sexualities and genders.
But I do not care what they do.
Just flag the post and stop replying.
It is LITERALLY that simple.
I just hope people stop being hypocrites about this. Heck, even I’ve already said that I wouldn’t post on this topic again yet here I am. But I can feel confident saying that this is my last post on this topic.
If you reply after reading this post, you are most likely underage and obviously don’t know how to read.
And yet, I guarantee that Kadirfy will post after this one. No matter what, just flag Kadirfy’s posts.
