ko manager, then wire it to a team switcher.
When player Ko → Set player team to spectator

Grab a Lifecycle, and a Team Switcher.
Set the Lifecycle to run event on Player Knocked Out, then set the Team Switcher to switch to Spectators. Wire the Lifecycle to the TS like this:
When event occurs → switch to configured team
