Hi everybody! Christmas is not coming yet but will come in a little less than 4 months?
So I decided to create a guide/list on how to make add-on things to your christmas maps! Do not say this is a dupe because I’ve looked and all the other Christmas guides have no pictures which is… quite sad.

Christmas Tree!

Step 1: Ceramic Plate

Go to Props and get a ceramic plate!

Note: to make your ceramic plate unique, maybe tint it red or green!

Step 2: Snowy Tree

Go to Props once again and search up: Snowy Tree
Have the Snowy Tree on the Ceramic Plate in the center circle like shown:

Step 3: The STAR

Get a Text and put an emoji: OR
Expand it’s size so it looks right on the Snowy Tree!

Step 4: Ornaments/Decoration

Every Christmas Tree needs decoration! Get a Text and put in emojis: AND AND (if you want you can get creative and add other emojis)
Put them in this pattern as shown:

ADD-ON!

Add-on: Presents

Get a text, use this emoji: (make the font size: 100)
Place 3 under the Christmas tree as shown:

The 2 presents in the back, make the Transparency: 0.8
The 1 present in the front, leave the transparency: 1.00

Candy Cane!

(2 Steps but there long ones)

Step 1: Making the Cane

Go to the Device: Custom Shape

Click “Manage Shapes”
Click “New Shape”

Click the ruler icon which enables you to make lines.
Draw something like this (you may change it depending on your preferences)

OR

You can click the pencil icon/ “Draw”
Lines make it easier to color later.
Click “Save”
Go back to:

Click, “Manage Shapes” again and select the Candy Cane(you just drew)

This is the ending result of Step 1

Step 2: Coloring the Cane

Click on the Candy Cane you just made and enable the settings like shown:

Then, the Candy Cane will look like:

Next, go to Devices: Barrier
(Personally, I didn’t really mess with any of the transparency or anything)
The color will be like this: 255 R 0 G 0 B
Border: none
Change the size and make it the SMALLEST possible:

You will need 4 of those red barriers to fit inside the Cane.
For the white barriers:
For the colors: 255 R 255 G 255 B
Border: none
Bottom left corner, Change Size
Make it the smallest possible shape.
You’ll need 3 of these white barriers (if you want, 4 to fill up more space)
Arrange them like this:

It was helpful to me when trying this to help fill In the candy cane with a text box. The settings I used for this are:

And that’s it for the Candy Cane! You can create larger versions of this as well!

Ginger bread Man >:D

Head

Make a barrier circle a light brown color, and add a barrier square for a neck

Then add another circle on top. (remove the border, I just have mine so you all can see where to put it.)

add two barriers, at their smallest, for eyes. (I prefer them white)
and if you want, add basketballs (black) for pupil’s

last but not least, the mouth. (you can use basketballs or plates )

now you have finished the Head! yay…

Body

Place 3 barriers. make sure the arms are close but not exactly at the top

then add circles behind them to make shoulders.

then add no border tickets to cover the lines

Now to the legs

Legs

this part is easy. two barriers, and cover the lines in other, no border barriers.

Finally, the fun part..
here’s different designs you can do!

Normal

3 barriers in the middle, and a custom shape bow tie

Gingerbread girl

I did run out of barrier, and I don’t feel like doing anything anymore so… here
white barriers for her hair, and custom shape bows on her arms.

barrier dress, square + triangle covered in no collision barriers.

And yea! that’s how you make a gingerbread man! :D.

Hot chocolate! :] (two steps!)

Mug

So first, get a custom shape device and make a shape similar to this (or better)

Make it whatever color you want (I’m doing black for the outline)

Then, get a barrier and set the Alpha to this:
Oh and also, no border

Color it whatever color you want (I’m making mine white)
Leave a bit of space for where the hot chocolate will go.

Then fill the whole mug/custom shape using various barrier shapes to fit.

Finished mug should look like this:

Boom! You’re done with the mug!

Hot chocolate with marshmallows (marshmallows are optional)

So now, get another barrier and set the alpha to 1.00 with no border. Color: Brown (obviously)
Fill in the space like this:

Now onto marshmallows! You don’t have to do this part if you’re happy with it so far.
Oki, so, MORE BARRIERS!!!
Set the alpha to 0.75 (that’s what i do but you can change that if you want to.) and no border.
Put it on the brown barrier so its kind of ‘floating’?..

(I added a text box with the christmas tree emoji to decorate it)

And SHAZAM!!! Hot chocolate is finished!!!

Garland (circle ones)

Step 1: base of garaland

Go to device: Barrier
Create a green circle barrier
(you’re one of those perfectionists?)
Transparency of Green barrier: 1.00
Color: 7 R 223 G 43 B

Make the middle of the Green barrier, match the background.
I’m doing mine on a platformer so I made the circle barrier white/light blue

Step 2: Tiny Ornaments

Looks a little plain (that’s an understatement) so lets add a little decoration
Go to Devices: Barrier
Circle barriers, and make it darker green and red

Place them onto the garland.

Step 3: The Ribbon

most iMpOrTaNt part: the ribbon!
For simplicity/efficiently, you can use the bow emoji:

But if you want a more customized bow, here is how to make it!
Go to Devices: Custom Shapes

make an infinity sign like shown
Border weight should be at the highest
255 R 0 G 0 B (color)

After that, make the loose strings, hanging at the side
Go to Devices: Custom Shape
Draw something like this:

(these are 2 different custom shapes I made but I put them side by side)
Border weight should be at the highest
255 R 0 G 0 B
After all that hard work, you got this:

Wait but… it isn’t filled in with color…
That’s why you need to go to Devices: Barrier
You need at least 7 barriers to fill in the ribbon.
The 7 barriers should be like this:

the 3 on the very right and 2 on the very left has a darker shade of red
the 2 on the left has 255 R 0 G 0 B
Place the barriers as shown:

(MORE DETAILED) ORNAMENTS

Don’t want plain 'ol ornaments? Here is a way to make ornaments with detail!
This is quite simple and there are different ways to do it.

Keep in mind, memory-efficient or non-memory efficient, both ways look good depending on how you do it.

Efficient-memory way

Materials needed:
x1 circle barrier
x4 texts

Step 1

Barrier
A. Make sure it’s a circle (no one has square ornaments)
B. Any color you like
C. No border

Step 2

Designs, we need the designs!
Well, that’s what the text is for!
Use these designs:

Choose 1, 2, or any of these! Copy and place it in the text.
The size 15 font worked for me but just make sure it fits the ornament.
Make the font white if you’re using a dark colored ornament
Make the font black if you’re using a light colored ornament
or try out any other combinations of color!

Step 3

hmm, looks like its missing something, huh?
Yep, that’s the h00k!
Grab another text and place ) in it
Use the font: Titan One and color it dark grey/black
Turn it sideways and place it on top of the ornament.

Custom snowman!

Devices/props needed!

x13 text
x5 barriers

Step 1, the body!

Place 1 barrier, fully white as a circle form, this will be the body so size it however you want! Place another barrier identical to the one before, set the RGB to 211, 236, 248. Place this barrier behind to the side of the first barrier.

How it should look like if done correctly.

After making the lower part make the head! Repeat the process but make the head smaller. This is how it should look like if done correctly!

Now unite the body and the head!

Great job! Now you can continue on making the arms!

Step 2, the arms!

Place a text box! Insert a “|” symbol! Make the text RGB 194,94,0. Place 2 more identical text, resize and reorganize them to look like the following image

Repeat these steps for the left arm!
After your done place them onto the body!

Make sure the left arm is layered under the barriers.

Finishing touches

Great Job! You have made the body, now its time to add the face and buttons.
Place one text, place two periods in the text box with a space in-between them.
These 2 periods will be the eyes, resize them to fit the head.
How it should look like if done correctly.

Place another text box (yes I know so many), in this text box place a carrot emoji! This carrot will be the nose, resize it to fit the face!

Now to get rid of the leaf part of the carrot, use a small circular barrier (fully white) and place it over the leaf part! After placing the white barrier it should look similar to this!

Now to make the mouth use a “)” text. Place it in a text box and move the text box under the carrot.

To make the buttons use periods and for the hat you may use the top hat emoji! Reorganize the text till they look like this!

Your done! You may check the dropdown bellow; it contains how to customize your snowman!

Ice cream

Place one item image, set it to show snowball launcher!
Place it in the snowman hand and he should look similar to this!

Now you snowman can enjoy a wonderful ice-cream!

Christmas Train (front)

Step 1

you’re going to want to grab some barriers a circle and a rectangle.

Step 2

color the barrier white, and make sure it has colision on. then add the green one on top.

put another white barrier as a pole next to the green.

Step 3

Add a red barrier on top of the pole and then add another pole with collision off.

add the circle from before as you can see in the image above. Then copy that circle 3 more times and make them smaller, add them to the train.

Step 4

add the triangle at the front by using skinny barriers and make them red. also add green small barriers to fill it in.

then take anothe red barrier and make it have no collision.

(heres a tip, if you want a character to look like they are driving it put a barrier with collision behind the red one next to the wheel.)

Simple present (

Chocolate Box

The Types of Chocolate!

I made five chocolates with different colors and patterns, but I will only show you two as the other 3 are very similar to one of them. Here are the two I created:

The Striped One

Materials:
2 Barriers
5 Custom Shapes

Alright, so first, make a straight line across the canvas. (I used a rectangle for the thickness)

Next, I copied 5 of the Custom Shapes, 2 short 2 medium, and 1 long.

Then, I made two barriers, One bigger than the other, and the smaller one on top

Lastly, I combined all 7 things!

The Star Chocolate

First, draw an outline of a star, and fill it in with rectangles if you can to speed things up. It should look like this when you’re done.
(You know what? If it looks like a star, then you’re fine)

Same procedure, just make two barriers, small one overlapping the big one.

And of course, you combine them to create this!

The Box!

Now that you’ve created the chocolates, let’s make the box!

Materials:
2 barriers (Optional: 3 if you are going to add the lid on the back)
3 Custom Shapes (Optional: 6 for the lid)

Alright. First, make two large barriers like this, small rect inside of a big rect:
(The color of the inner box is 235R, 167G, and 50B)
(The color of the outer box is 75R, 48G, and 2B)

Then, make another Custom Shape and just draw a horizontal line straight across:

Now make 4 of those, a long one straight across, and 3 short ones top-down)

Optional
Make a edge from a Custom Shape and put it near the corner of the lid.
Repeat for the other 2 corners. (The 4th one is behind the box):

Now time to combine them!
