Cheese's Final Guide of Things To Add. (4)

So… I’m saying Goodbye. to commemorate, this short guide was made. Enjoy.

Sludge Serpent

This snake-y fellow hides in the space-swamps of a far off plant, Peeking its head out of the water like the loch-ness monster to hunt for prey.

To start, set up a little pool of water for your serpent to swim around in. It can be big, or it can be just enough to fit him in.

Then, place down 4 ground breaking plants, and set the 2 in the middle to have an alpha of 0.3.
image

Now, recolor the plants. The 2 on the side are (254, 93, 233), and the middle ones are pitch black.

To add some more texture, place alien plants all along the body and the tail.
(Colored 254, 77, 231)

Now, create a ‘head’ for your serpent using 2 rock props, and add some texture using various alien plants. You can use basketballs for the eye and nostril.

1 2 3

And connect it to the rest of the body.

Lastly, add some glass shards to the end of the tail.

Nice! I’m just glad this creature’s only in my computer, otherwise it’d get me for sure.

Alien Bush

By the logic of this prop, the ocean is basically just space. This one is made up of only coral, which is pretty cool!
image

Start by putting down this type of coral. I used the blue one and recolored it to (218, 118, 254).

image

Now, place down a bunch of the macaroni-looking coral, all around, some in front and some behind the base of the bush.

Lastly, to cover up the bottom of the bush and make it look like its actually going into the ground, place a few of these barnacle coral at the bottom.

image

Does it produce alien berries? Who knows? Would you be brave enough to eat them?

Alien Trees

These trees look like something straight out of Dr. Seuss! Overall, they’re all pretty simple builds, Just find a ground-breaking plant and find an earthy, relatively dome-shaped prop to put over it.

Let me know in the replies if you want instructions on any of these 3.

Alien Hut

“Do or do not, there is no try!”…but you can try to make this! If you’re going for an earthy, primitive alien civilization, or the planet is just inhibited by one alien, you might want to take a look at this!
Start by creating a U-Shape with plant barriers, leaving a gap in the middle for the door.

Then, create a ‘roof’ using A LOT of overlapping ground-breaking plants. AND I MEAN A LOT.
image

Lastly, finish off the hut by adding some more plants for roots and detail.

Now this hut is fit for a swamp!

Pick One for the final poll.

I love snom, how did you make it/him?

It’s from a gim that somebody made for Quimblo

Oh, how do you make gims?

You can use websites like Kleki, Pixlr E, and others.
(or just ask for an art request)

Oh, ok. Snom is a particularly good quality one, though.

I have two custom gims myself: Abstract and Dragon Swirl…
okay now getting back on-topic and going back to working on my next guide

Ok
