I put down a checkpoint in my map, right?
Well, whenever I respawn, I respawn about 10 places [1] away from where the checkpoint is. WHY

Yes, I don’t spawn at world spawn, more so near-ish to the checkpoint.

[edit #4] nope, I made the box bigger, and it still spawns you on the sentry.
[edit #a lot] the button has a wire that hooks up to the checkpoint, and it sets it to the active checkpoint, and I tested it (a while ago) and it worked, but i’ll try it.
[edit #six] the checkpoint iss set to visible in game, but it doesn’t show up, I think it might just be the checkpoint.

I don’t think there is enough space for the player to spawn in that tiny box. Try to make it bigger.
Did you check if the box is a wall?
You can only spawn at a checkpoint if you’ve triggered it
Activating a checkpoint will not make you spawn there if you haven’t stepped there before
How are you supposed to step there if it’s enclosed in a box?
