So my idea is when u deal enough damage to smth it charge up a meter once that meter is full it gives you a 5 sec speed boost and damage boost is that possible?
Gimkit can’t detect when you deal damage.

There is no way to detect when you deal damage. However you should search for a guide before you post a help topics on it.

Yes, please stay on task rather than targeting someone, the most you can do is say it once and move on. The forum is to help people not to attack someone for something they could have not known or on purpose. As long as it isn’t majorly impacting.
Now, the charge meter is an interesting concept. If you’re unable to track the damage, then perhaps every knockout? I feel like there might be a way to charge by damage, but you guys would have to further explore that.

Perhaps you could increase the player’s damage whenever they get 3 knockouts or the knockouts slowly add up? Just an idea, if you have something else planned then go ahead.
Instead of damage you could use knockouts.
And with the knockout manager you can make the player get an item.
And then have an overlay that when clicked is kinda of like a shop and trades the items to activate another overlay this overlay is your special ability
if the ability is a damage boost you can wire the overlay to a damage boost.
(Make sure to make all the overlays buttons)
this seems possible, a lifecyle connected to counter and when counter reaches target it then activates speed boost and another counter that counts down and that counter when it reaches target then turns off speed boost

I have no idea what that is, but you initially wanted the meter to charge every time you hit someone, right? That is impossible as of right now, or if it is, very difficult. That is why we switched to knockouts. Every time you knock someone out it would increase damage or something or you could add each knockout to a total that would grant something.

(btw knockout manager sounds fine but I prefer the lifecycle of a redditor with when player knocked out setting)
There’s no way to detect damage, but you could go by knockouts instead with the knockout manager. With a counter count the knockouts, have a checker to check if you have the right number, and with the speed modifier and damage boost, grant the reward.
