I want make a game overlay where you click a button on the bottom right, (i have that part down) and then it brings you to a pop-up where you can select your type of character, the details are not important but is it possible to make a game overlay in the center of your screen with text and buttons?
That is a pop up using call to action lables

Yeah Crimson_Knight is right. The pop-up device is the exact description of what you’re looking for… except it only has 2 options if you need more…
Yeah if you need more than just 2 call to actions then just link a bunch of pop ups together using the wire: secondary call to action clicked - open popup. Label the secondary popup as “Next” or something like that.
