Yes, if you set it up to any device you can trigger you can make it disappear then if you connect another wire/channel from another trigger device you can make it reappear. (btw the device you are using does not have to be a trigger this is just a example device)

You can use channels or wires to make a barrier disappear when something happens, and then you can make it appear again after a certain amount of time, or when something else happens.

After it disappears, the same device that made it disappear should also activate a wire repeater
Repeater will activate the barrier again, your choice how long
to be honest there’s really any way you can do this, channels, zones, buttons, repeaters, etc.
anything can be connected to a wire
