What he’s talking about is energy effiency if I remember? It’s basically how much energy you lose while walking.

You could use Speed boost, damage boost, health Regen, siphon, and/or teleporting on overlay button press.

Is it something like a snake…
in the spawnpad. there is a setting for the host (or the admin) to spawn there only. which you can make them do like different powers!
You can have powers like knocking out a random player. give all like a gadget that you cant normally get.
not to be mean…but the game is like a 1V3 type of game…
