whilst at first it might seem like a good idea to make a rule for editing only if you got permission or are a regular/ was a regular just keep in mind that some Gims on the forums donāt really have the time to get/maintain tl3 and a lot of tl3s can sometimes be less experienced with gkc or only do art
please remember that being or once being tl3 doesnāt mean they are better/more experienced at gkc (and a lot of Gims tend to specialise more in certain areas than others)
