Basic Gims in Character/Sentry devices?

So, this has been a thing since their inception - The Sentries and Characters don’t have the Unequipped skins (Ex. Yellow, Maroon, Green, Blue, Orange, Lilac [needs verification], Cream [needs verification]). Is this true, or am I just not seeing it?

This is the skin I want for my map, due to it being displayed on an all-green computer screen:

I think you can’t use standard skins
