Only if you completely solved your own problem, and nobody else tried to help.

10. Marking youself as a solution is allowed when:
    a. nobody else has solved the problem
    b. your solution is actually a solution and not off-topic
    Otherwise , it is not allowed when:
    c. Someone else solved your issue.
    d. Replies that have nothing to do with the question
    e. Solution grinding
