Activity Feed Block Code Help

I’m trying to make an achievement that everyone can see when the triggering player triggers a… trigger and makes an activity feed item for everyone. However, I don’t understand the block code. Here’s what I have so far:

Use a create text with block to create a text with both the triggering player’s name and the text block you used
