Got it! Mp4 to GIF Converter. You may have to reconvert the video to a gif if it doesn’t let you change the gif size.

for me it is also blocked, but again I can do it from the phone, but as I already said, since it is blocked for me, it is possible that it is blocked for others as well.
and it seems to me that ezgif.com will be better but it still doesn’t work enough

Look, I’m not going to force Monoreuk to remove that from his guide because a) it’s funny and b) it’s clearly not an excuse to post spam compliments.
Just 
the guide and all the neccessary chocolate bars, penguins, and assorted candy will be delivered to Mono. Nothing else needed.
And in general, spam compliments aren’t allowed.
And constructive criticism is always welcome, forgot to add that part.

I really need to find solutions for large gifs/videos, I need to somehow add a video to “OP jump” and to another fact that I’m going to add (the gif was 43 MB, I compress it to 19 MB, I can’t do more, I used 3 different sites) I urgently need to find something as a video uploader.
Does anyone have any ideas what can be used?
