Im_Pretty_Cool
A very, very cold retired snake. Currently wrapped around a giant cup of cocoa. Likes to watch the forums from time to time.
Also here’s my lore:
Part One: The Storm
I’m Pretty Cool was a snake unlike others; she had green, fluorescent scales that kept her cool, and the most defining feature: Googly eyes. But she didn’t let this stop her, and over time she built a strong thriving army of others. They all lurked around at night, slithering among the long grasses and along the deep earth. I’m Pretty Cool liked to often sit up top on a green hill, staring into the glittery night sky. With her scales keeping her the perfect cool temperature, all was well. If only it stayed that way…
There was something in the air that day, something that kept the Googly Eye Snakes shifting; disturbed. The way the grass whispered and wind swept, it almost sent shivers down I’m Pretty Cool’s long body. But… that couldn’t be right. I’m Pretty Cool was always the same exact temperature; content. She had probably imagined it. Still, something was wrong. All of the snakes felt it, with their tongues flicking in and out of the air. They tasted something big on the horizon, something no snake would be expecting. But I’m Pretty Cool tried to keep her cool, slithering with her snakes and pretending that this day was like any other. And then all of a sudden, the stars all dimmed. Big gray clouds swept across the sky, and a large, chilling gust of wind flattened the grasses, the air suddenly full as if about to burst. No snake could deny it anymore, something was horribly wrong. They were no longer the perfect cool temperature, and I’m Pretty Cool knew what was happening. A storm. It was a legend, something snakes had only heard faint rumors about. But it was here. And judging by everything in the air, this storm was going to be huge, and it would flip the perfect balance the snakes had always been living in before.
Snakes slithered around in panic. I’m Pretty Cool tried to calm them down, hissing loud to be heard above the ruckus. She slithered under a large tree, its branches reaching up to the sky. Hopefully she could get other snakes to follow her under this shelter. And then the sky broke open with one, giant, CRACK. It boomed through the hills, and snow poured down from the opening, covering everything within view. The freezing blanket was too much for I’m Pretty Cool, as she had always known the same temperature. Her eyes rolled up into her head as the world tilted and all went black…
Part two is too long to fit in here ;-;
