My current plot line:
You wake in the woods. You see smoke in the distance. You run towards the smoke, when you see a small town in flames. You run past the flaming houses, and you see a tent in the front. You go in, and 4 candles are placed on the ground. You summon a clesctial entity, and he says he has been waiting for you. he teleports you to his ship.
What happens next?
Bonus question, how do I make a good roof?
My current roof:
yeah its ugly.
Do some plant alien stuff where the plants corrupt/are the celestial entity. Then you try and escape the ship (Sound Familiar?) and regain your memories. Then you fire a antimatter laser or smth
You get teleported back to the ship and he explains that you have to go back in time and save the town to redeem yourself. After stopping the fire from ever starting and meeting some NPCs, you regain your memory and also learn the origins of the town, because… maybe you were actually the one who built it?
Oops, sorry for the time travel. How about you tried to fight the evil giant but f@iled, and then you lost consciousness and the town was set on fire by the giant. The entity came to intervene and prepare you for your fight, and you need to successfully defeat the giant in order to win the game.
OOOOOOOOOH NICE!
I like this! hmm, any ideas for the lore?
Also, I have an idea, basically, you have to proveyour worth to the entity, before he can lend you his help. and at the end, he will just say, “the trails I have put you through are help enough”
how do we do that?
(lol I have never really done 3d prop art. I need the roof to be able to disappear if you go into the house, so, I need it to be a barrier, or a prop.
I think honestly, we shouldn’t really focus on the town, as the town wasn’t really inpactful, and wasn’t meant to be anything big. But the other 2 I like!!!
I’m going to use it!
(also I have been reading Magnus chase, so I’ma add some sumarbrander stuff into it)
Well, as usual, I’m just going to link a guide! realizes there isn’t really a guide, also the forums are busy so things are slow
Um… All I’d say is just use a barrier, and then make a new barrier over it that only covers half of the original barrier in a lighter color for a simple, shaded roof.
