Have you used up all your weekly xp? After you do, you cannot gain any more xp. Your limit resets on Wednesdays.
Is not spam kits are normal kits with not filled up wendsday limit
You can use spam kits. I use spam kits when playing Knockback w/ my friends au still get XP. Also, this is technically off-topic as we only report bugs about Gimkit Creative not just Gimkit in general, so please refrain from doing so next time.

Another reason (although it’s very unlikely) may be because you just simply might not be signed in
I mean.. if they can check and tell they have not been gaining xp, i would say that they are logged in (also yes, this is off topic)

I’ve had a friend on Discord have this same problem.
It’s either 2 things:
1: If you use Gimloader, the Idle to XP plugin, it could be that. Try turning off the plugin or deleting it entirely for the time being.
2: Could be just a Gimkit thing, another person had the same issue, but didn’t have Gimloader or any of the plugins
