The season ticket says that if I purchases it, I will be able to make 25 maps. But, when the season is over, will I still have my 25 maps?

Yes, but all but three of them will be locked to editing, like grayed out or red. If you purchase the season ticket later down the line, you will be able to recover them I think.
In short, they won’t be deleted, just inaccessible.

Yes, just you won’t be able to access them. You would need to delete some.

It would look like before. However, some maps will have the color red showing it is locked until you delete your maps until 3 are left or buy the ST.
