Well, how much map memory is being used and how many props+wires are in a close together area?

Oh, just move the group of devices that make systems away from each other and try to replace some of the wires with channels.
Wires cost memory and it lags the more things (props/devices) are close to each other.
I just realized it’s only the amount of stuff close to each other that’s causing your issue, since your map memory bar isn’t even at the top. It can also be cause by how strong the device you’re using is, like a chromebook or computer have different performance.
