Why can’t we make it like a normal game that exceeds 5 players? I want to know because we can’t do a gimkit at my school with all my friends anymore because of it.

so uhh the uhh uhh, uhh uhh the uhh the the uhh, maybe you had the season ticket last season then lost it, or maybe you hosted a creative game (those can hold up to 60 players), and then you hosted a normal gimkit game mode (max of 5 w/o season ticket)
I’m pretty sure it had to do with being a ‘student’ or being an ‘educator’ account. I remember dealing with this couple years back but since they removed the switch account type option you can’t really resolve the problem unless you are positive this isn’t the issue. (Note: I said couple years back. So correct me if I’m wrong.)
Are you talking about hosting your own Gimkit game(the one you make in Gimkit creative) or is it a traditional 3d game mode?
@thatOneCringe I’m pretty sure that in creative you can host up to 60 players I believe without season ticket. So I would probably guess a traditional 2D is what he’s trying to host.

THE AMOUNT OF FLAGS! ok but the season ticket will increase this amonts as said and the severs might be limited to only 5 idk why message gimkit if you wanna talk to them

In official game modes on a student account, you can only host with 5 players or 15 if you have the season ticket. In gimkit creative, I’m pretty sure it’s still a max of 60 players (though I wouldn’t recommend that many players as that would be really laggy)

If you don’t have the season ticket, only 5 people can be in your game. If you do, 15 people can. Can we please mark a solution and close this?

I’ve been in a game with more than 15 players I don’t get it
In Gimkit game modes like ctf, and color clash, its only 5 players, in discovery its up to 60 players.
