Did you set your terrain as wall?

Maybe you hit the world border or forgot about this one invisible barrier. (Oh wait, even if barriers are invisible you can still see them in edit mode 
)
Terrain defaults to Wall Terrain Type, double check what you placed down.
If there is a barrier, make sure there is no collision.
Maybe your speed is set to 0?
