try adding roles for hiders and seekers, like seekers might get different gadgets or be able to run a bit faster
some ideas for hiders would be like making them able to take more hits or making walls or something

The way i have it rn is that only seeker get the slingshot gadget and i actually have it so the hider can run faster so if they are found they can still try to hide again. The hiders are also one shot so its like getting tagged

I’d say maybe during hiding time, add something where the seeker can do some sort of obby or something to upgrade their gadget or give them a speed boost or something like that. I’d also say add an obby for a speed boost for the hiders as well.
What do you mean add an obby?
Like a challenge they have to complete to get the speed boost?
Then should i also increase the time before the game end from 10 to maybe like 15 minutes so they have enough time to complete it and still play the game?

This is a top down bc platformer wouldn’t really work for a hide and seek map. (or would it………..)
I think a platformer would be possible for a hide and seek map, because you can make it like parkour to hiding spots as well as other stuff.
For top down, you can do some sort of maze or something that they have to complete for the speed boost (hider or seeker or both).

If you want, you can increase the time, but it’s completely up to you.
I’d say make it harder for seekers because they already have a speed advantage (as you said earlier), and they shouldn’t be able to get more speed easier than the hider.
Also, if you’re done with ideas, mark a solution. A solution is the answer that helped you the most. You should mark a solution to your other topic as well, as you said you’re combining them into this one. Just don’t self solution, it’s disrespectful to the people that were trying to help you.
