What is your game about? We could base the gadgets based on your game, an example is Apocalypse by Gimkit, it uses gadgets based on the game so does One Way Out.
Health regen is another idea, and it’s not compilcated
It’s is like one way out except there is 2 teams and it did not get taken over by plants.

Well other than speed, strength and regeneration, there isn’t a lot more. Maybe places that require a keycard? A certain player would be able to access places? Like a hacker class.

Maybe have a shop with all the power-ups mentioned, but hidden in the shop is an entrance to another, secret shop. This can have cheaper or more powerful upgrades and also is a good place to incorporate lore.
