UHHH, zone and make a damager, activate the zone when pressing on whatever triggers the TNT, and make it do the desired damage.

Uh. The only way I can think of is to use barriers, not terrain. When the trinitrotoluene “explodes” deactivate the surrounding barriers.

Dang. I think you can only do that with a sentry and a timekeeper, but I could be mistaken.
