Thatā€™s personal information idc if you wanna know for the little age restriction. All you should know is Iā€™m not underage. I just think itā€™s too bad that kids under 13 canā€™t go on a forum for a kids game.

Yeah what age do you have to be to play GIMKIT. Huh? I played gimkit in elementary school. And in middle school before I was 13.

COPPA (Child Online Privacy Protection Act) says that websites canā€™t collect the data of children under the age of 13 years old. However, if you have a teacher or parent that makes an account for you you can still play gimkit legally. If you didnā€™t then you were most likely breaking the rules, however itā€™s extremely hard to tell when a gimkit account is underage so people who break this rule are most likely not to be punished. The same applies for the forums, except 99% of the people on the forums are students who made their own accounts so thatā€™s why it applies for the forums. If Iā€™m wrong then Iā€™m sorry because I really donā€™t know that much about the law itself and its technicalities or whatever.
