I had this same problem last year. Someone may have deleted your account or you were gone for too long.
If you really want your account back you can email gimkit

this is not a bug this is just account issue if you have the username
try resetting the password
if you have any issues with that you may want to contact gimkit themselves by phone or a wix and/or email.
If you cannot recover an account try to use a different method or see if you have it backed up somewhere Lastly look at the gimkit rules on why an account could be deleted there could be a misconception. On behalf of everyone here we wish you can recover your account and best of luck
i dont think you can reset your password by username-
I’m just reminding you that wix has nothing to do with the gimkit team. Wix has its own moderation team , and it also has its own rules and so on. I’m just saying that it has nothing to do with the gimkit team so that in the future you don’t get confused and don’t confuse others

Are you sure you are using the right email? Are you sure you didn’t do anything that could get you banned? Otherwise, I’d suggest just making a new account.
Team gimkit needs your email to be associated with an account or they won’t receive it.
That wouldn’t prevent you from signing in, I suggest the OP marks a solution and emails team gimkit instead.
