So i tried uploading a thumbnail for my hide and seek game (shoutout to @0w0_Cat for the art) but its not letting me because my iPad doesn’t support the required files, how can I fix this?

Did you try searching up any picture converters for ipads? There might be a website out there that lets you do it?

Hmm, sorry I’m not really good with mobile problems, perhaps someone more knowledgeable will see this.

I’m pretty sure gimkit wasn’t made to support mobile devices.

anyways, maybe try shutting down your Ipad, or clearing up storage space?

Or possibly switching to a computer.

@LMTS32 try switching to another device too, that might work.

Maybe take a screenshot of the thumbnail, then crop it

Try logging on a different device and email the picture to yourself. Then try it

So I had had this problem before the thumbnail has to the JPEG the problem is probably your iPad use a desktop or a laptop if you need to convert the thumbnail I found this website.

Uhhhh, it really doesnt
Ive uploaded pngs before

His school didn’t provide computers. However, if his problem is like what ian stated it should work just fine. Unless it prevents him from publishing.

I will test it later because at this time gkc published maps are currently unavailable until 4pm at my school

I don’t know if I’ve missed this detail, but if you are using the “Photos” app for your thumbnail, use the “Files” app instead. You can upload JPEGs that way.

try using cloudconvert.com, that will be able to convert an image of any kind

I tried using a file but it was greyed out

Have you tried using Cloud Convert?
