So I really just want to know how to make barriers different shapes for my Parkour map.

You can make a barrier either a square/rectangle, or a circle, you can also technically make other shapes like ovals using a combination of them but the two actual shapes are square/rectangle and circle.

Edit - For things like an oval you can use two circles and a thin rectangle, for a triangle you can use three thin rectangles for the sides and a circle in the middle to fill it in.

But I mean like very long rectangles or smth like that.

what justatoaster said and you could also request for barrier art from other players for inspiration

A long rectangle? Just use the change size button in the bottom left corner of the barrier device.
