WARNING: VERY SORRY IF THIS IS OFF-TOPIC, THIS IS JUST A QUESTION FOR THE FORUMS.
So, if you take a look at the recently uploaded on the discovery page, you might more than often not see a game that includes a code to a gimkit game. I just wanted to ask how are those dealt with? Is the user that uploads that game banned? Is it just taken down?
(again sorry if this is off-topic pls spare me)

people report it by emailing gimkit
and if it happens a lot the user can get suspended
