cool guide! I havenโt been active in a whileโฆ
welcome back magic! ^_^
anyways. to talk about this guide in particular,
ahem
if I could ask though, why is trigger in 10th for worst and 1st for best?
the trigger is, without a doubt one of the most MAJOR workhorses in GKC.
you could consider it as โnot beginner friendlyโ, partially-true. while itโs confusing at first to very new people (I mean people who really donโt touch the maker brainless-beginner on the blizzian scale :3), once you actually start tinkering around and finding the devices, itโs simple.
I could even say the repeater is a bit more complex than the repeater.
in conclusion: triggers are very memory efficient, can do everything a repeater can do, plus more.
Summary
sorry if this sounds hostile, just wanted to point out some things. did channel my inner-inkydark tho lmao
bye
I agree. Just know that these arenโt my personal preferences, and that this was a community collaborative guide I did research on and asked for usersโ opinions. If I could make this a wiki, I would, but for now, itโs not. You have some fairly good points, but once again, this is just a fun community guide that could give you some suggestive pointers.
Iโll probably add this statement at the beginning so others may know, and I could add some of that to the Trigger section.
Also, text can run code!
Double uses!
Trigger in disguise
Wow! Wait! I TOTALLY forgot about that!
I need to add that! Thanks!
Oh, you said that earlier. My bad! Like a whole two weeks agoโฆ
California, yk that the notification is also considered a good place to run code right?
(I personally think its weird to use a notification, but some forumers LOVE it)
FOREAL! The notification is going to be so efficient in my project!
Personally, I love the notification. Itโs great!
๐๐ตโ๐ซI forgot you were able to use block code with notificationsโฆ
Wait, is this guide to overuse, or just not use? It says overuse in the title, but I feel like some of it is just not to use at all.
Although, thereโs one flaw with the notification.
You can only have it up for 30-something seconds before it closes, but I have notifications that need to stay longer.
Itโs still great, though.
Edit: @California_Love, you are very talented at making guides! Hope to see more guides soon!
Yes some of it is about the WORST devices to overuse. I mentioned this in the discussion topic.
Also, it says worst in the title, so definitely gonna have some negative parts.
Cool and great guide. AWESOME
Welcome back @Magic Iโm ash ketchum Iโm a little new here but Iโm always welcoming people
The worst devices is the item granters wiring you could just use a knockout manager instead
Are you saying that using a Knockout Manager to grant an item is better rather than implementing it through the K.M.? If so, yeah, youโre probably right.
yes sorry English is a hard language
Oh, wait. Iโm so sorry. You mentioned you donโt speak English that well.
Iโm sorry. I can understand what youโre saying just fine. I apologize.
(Or you said you lived somewhere that doesnโt have English as the primary languageโฆ)?
no youโre good English is my first language I just stomble over words sometimes anyway back on topic
Honestly i should put that in my bio cuz I speak many languages so they all mix
When I saw barrier I almost flew out my seat cause I use like 20 per game!
Well, the barriers are amazing, and they definitely deserve being one of the best.
Just letting you know that they ranked 4th in the best devices to overuse, not the worst.
Oh, wait, yeah, thatโs what you meant. I read too fast for my own good.
BUMP! wait how is the trigger in both best and worst devices? thatโs interesting.
looks like it just 1 more!
