So I want to make a showcase of GKC graphics (shaders, clear water, animations…)
But obviously, I’m encountering an issue. (why would I make a help topic)
When I began making shadows, I intended to use barriers set to 0.9 opacity, but in order to make highly realistic shadows, I have to create the exact shape of the object casting the shadow.
Here comes the problem.
When I overlap barriers with less than 1 opacity, it creates more dark space in between the equilibrium. I cannot have that, otherwise it just looks straight up weird.
Any ideas to solve this?

Reduce the opacity of the smaller barrier?

Hmm…
This might need some thinking.
For now I don’t think you can.
I may just have to be extremely exact with my barrier placement.
Then again, there’s the barrier size limit :(.
I’ma need some really small barriers
I’ll try doing this with text
Well I have news!
Grid Snap is in the editing options section.
You could try to use that.

Even grid snap 2 is too big
I tried this
It’s not exactly what I’m looking for, but until I can stretch the shadow, I think it’s the best i’ve got.

you need better than this, i swear when first i saw it i thought it was a real shadow, i think you need to tilt it more to the right, like a little
Maybe use layers to be more prescice? Imma be honest, this is out of my range and Shui is working on his own stuff
