Sentry Aim Ai HELP!


this is my setup, but when i start game, this happens

so yeah, guys im making a setup where it predicts the player movements, but the overlays arnt showing. yeah its frustrating

If you guys need SS of settings in any device, just ask

What are you trying to accomplish?
I need you to elaborate more so I can understand what’s going on.

ok, so yk how you can increase the aim of a sentry? well, I’m trying to do that but with devices. I am trying to make a deivce that can predict movements

Yeah, I guess so. Are you using zones or anything?
Oh, you’re using a movement meter, aren’t you?

You’d need to do that first. Are you using a counter for seconds or importing a property?
For the AI to understand what movements are, you’d have to implement a property “movement” or… yeah, you’re doing that.

It seems like you’re doing pretty well.

The properties need to be set to something to avoid “undefined”.

What do you mean? Like, a property value that equals something so the AI will know the player isn’t just standing still, or being undefined? That’s smart.

Is that what you are using your counter for? And the repeater, right?
(I admit this isn’t as complicated as it looks…)

My big question is—
HOW ARE WE GOING TO IMPLEMENT THIS INTO AI? OR A SENTRY?

You are probably in the development stage, but make sure you connect all of your devices into each specific purpose.

  • On game start, how will this be activated?
  • What is the AI, a sentry, or a property being able to predict using an overlay?
  • There is a new device I didn’t even see…this is amazing!
