Yes you heard that right, I want to make a rhythm game. Since we have a way to sort of have music in gkc now I want to push this even further with a rhythm game. I know that there is already a guide on this but I’m not sure if it syncs with the music. I’m thinking that we could make it like Osu! mania or Dance Dance Revelution where you have to time buttons with music. Since this is research after all it won’t be perfect but I know that if we put our heads together we can do it.
I feel as if I am slowly becoming someone who only posts in devices and in research
…wouldn’t this be in Help?
Not really considering the task that we are trying to acomplish
Oh Yeah I could make a rythum game guide (Because I just made a rhythm game) but thats going to take some time.
And mine can only hold one song so (A lot of memory)
Ok 1) I was the one who made the music research topic and it wasn’t for that 2) This would require lots of memory as stated by @oof-sister
No it was made for CUSTOM music not for making rhythm games
My bad then. But I still think you could work on how you format topics so people could better understand it.
Hi gimtendo.
We had a rough past, so I’m putting this here for clarity:
[I am saying this as a friend, and I do not wish to hurt your feelings. I am only trying to help improve the community and improve the quality of posts.]
Anyways, you shouldnt make device tpics on how to recreate games, or small stuff like rhythm games.a help topic is more suitable instead. Device topics are only really used for advanced stuff, and if you are going to make one, it should be very clear. This thread should be made in the music in gkc thread, instead of making an entirely new post.
Anyways, a short answer to this question: We don’t have a sophisticated enough sound system for precise timings.
I agree with Epi320. I tried to say something different earlier, but I guess Epi320 made a clearer argument than I did.
