could you specify? do you mean a visible respawner button/trigger or a game overlay? either way, you could use the respawner device
if you want some visible button/trigger, wire it to the respawner
if you want a overlay button, get a game overlay, set it to button, choose a corner of the screen, choose your text, and wire it to the respawner
if you want an area where if you step in it, it will respawn you, listen to @CommanderGOAT
how you make it really depends on what you want to trigger it

Connect a respawn device to a zone device. This will make it so that when the player enters the zone, they will respawn.

use an overlay device and set it to a button. Then, make it say something like “respawn” man-
and make it so when you press the button it activates a channel, and name it “respawn”.
then, use a damager device and make it deal 10000 damage, and make it activate when the device receives a message from the channel “respawn” (channel receiving on)
