Sure!
One sec… preparing the gif…
Ok!
Also, I don’t think people really get what I mean here.
This is not a sentry moving while carrying damage over.
I think you guys will understand once I get the gif ![]()
Yes, this is true for a sentry to completely move, but there is a system of pseudo-moving.
did you have to say that word, It confuses me
In this context, I mean it appears the enemy is moving, and it works as if one is.
@Coderdash, I’m working on the gif, almost done!
Unfortunately, I can’t get the gif until tomorrow, yet again.
I had an issue where the player coordinates would go into the negatives every tick.
Although I probably can fix it tonight…
For anyone creating a custom coordinates system:
there are 16 combinations for four directions.
This prop movement system is not fully completed.
Warning: it’s painful to make.
There are actually 8 combinations, becuase you can not have a minimum of two directions.
I’m not familiar with the coordinate tracker but diagonal is move two basic directions at once so it probably isn’t too too hard
I did it.
Ok. I recorded the video of the first working moving A.I. enemy in testing version.
I will show you the gif soon where the A.I. player is visible.
Currently, you can not see it.

There you go. The first ever moving enemy in Gimkit, just with an invisible enemy…
Of course, I will upload a new one today where you can see the enemy, but I just have to add 36 more props and edit a ton of channels to do that. Of, course, I will, so everyone can better see how this works.
The notification sends when the player’s coords and the enemy’s coods are the same.
Of course, this is very hard to understand without being able to see the enemy.
Don’t worry! I’ll get the gif soon, I’m just busy today!
Here you go, @Coderdash!
So that’s it. In conclusion, you can make a moving enemy in Gimkit!
Have fun adding this into your games!
I’m making this into a guide now…
@twofoursixeight, can you make this no longer a wiki?
critical hits:
fire enchant:
pseudo-armor (restore some max hp when hit):
I know how to make a fire damage effect in PVP maps
Oooh.(I ate the rest…)
@Coderdash, I’m almost finished with the visible enemy, I will ping you when I finish.
a system where when you get hit you take 3 more ticks of extra damage? interesting, make a guide.
